Concrete Patios

Concrete Patios and Flatwork

Poured concrete gives you one continuous surface with no joints to weed and nothing to shift out of line. It is a good answer for patios, slabs and equipment pads where you want something simple and hard wearing. The work that matters happens before the truck arrives: the base, the forms and the reinforcement. Panther uses professional grade material and finishes the surface properly so it wears evenly.

Why Choose Us

What Goes Into a Pour

Prepared Base

Compacted subgrade under every pour. Concrete is rigid, so what it sits on has to be even.

Formed and Reinforced

Forms set to line and grade, with reinforcement placed before the pour rather than tossed in after.

Pitched to Drain

A flat patio holds water. Ours are pitched so runoff leaves the slab and the foundation alone.

Control Joints Cut In

Concrete cracks. Control joints decide where, so it happens on a straight line instead of across the middle.

Our Process

Our Process

1

Lay It Out

Size, shape, thickness and where the water needs to run.

2

Prep and Form

Excavate, compact the subgrade, set forms to grade and place reinforcement.

3

Pour and Finish

Place the concrete, screed it, and finish the surface to the texture you picked.

4

Joint and Cure

Control joints cut in, then the slab is left to cure before it takes weight.
